Return Policy

All goods sold are NOT RETURNABLE, EXCHANGEABLE or REFUNDABLE except for some unforeseen circumstances. Before returning, please read our return policy carefully. ekiddoscloset reserves the right to charge the postage fee for all returned product.

Return
If we send wrong item to you or the item you received has major defect, you can return it to us. Problem should be reported within 3 days after receiving the product and return it within 7 days. Items must be in original condition when returning to us.

Note: We only bear postage charge in cases where we wrongly send you any items or the items have major defect.

How to return

1. Problem should be reported within 3 days after receiving the product.
2. Upon confirmation from our side, the product should be returned within 7 days.
3. Item must be in original condition when returning to us.
4. Pack and return your item to the given address
5. Please make sure your return authority number is clearly marked on the package.
6. We will examine the item returned, then return the correct item back to you without extra cost.

If we discover nothing is wrong with the items, we will promptly ship them back to you. In this case, you are responsible to pay the shipping fees in both directions.

ekiddoscloset will not be liable for any loss or damage during the course of delivery.
